Hopefully this blog is read by a few A Level Students. With exams approaching these are some resources to help you prepare for exam.
- Don’t Panic and worry but start revising and doing past papers.
- Be aware of the Kind of Questions that may come up and work on preparing answers for them.
- Make revision active not passive. This means it is not enough just to keep reading your notes. Try closing your books and see what you remember.
Top Tips for Exam
- Answer the Question. This is my most oft repeated tip of any teacher. Make sure you answer the question set and not one you have prepared for. At the end of each paragraph check you have been answering the question.
- Don’t forget to evaluate where appropriate
- Use economic terminology and diagrams where possible.
- Don’t forget to use some of the data for Data responses.
- Leave enough time for longer questions

Thanks for the link
Hello, I will be taking my A Levels this year. Thank you for the tips and links. Your blog posts have made Economics more relevant to our lives (instead of teaching plain theory) and they are interesting to read too. Thank you!
