		<description>I like the simplicity of your posts while handling complex issues.  Here in the US, the FOMC just lowered rates, yet again.  In their mind they are trying to stimulate the economy and avoid or brings us out of a recession.  But it really seems like they are minimizing the losses for people that should have known better and hurting folks who live on a fixed income.</description>
