Annual Reports and Accounts
The annual report is prepared each year for a company's Annual General Meeting AGM. These are presented by the chairman of the company who give a reflection on the past year and prospects for the coming year.
The company accounts are presented by the company treasurer and give a report on the financial state of the company. These will include a balance sheet and profit and loss account. The accounts are important for shareholders and prospective shareholders
